Testimonials
The kids received a medical school type experience that they likely wouldn’t even get in college. It gave my daughter the ability to explore whether she would like to really be a doctor.
I did not expect us to be working with cadavers every day. I loved how small of a group it was and how close I was able to get with the people in the program… I left the camp feeling more assured than ever that surgery is for me and I have not stopped talking about the experience since I got home.
The commitment of each of the doctors and speakers was really wonderful to see, as well as the diversity and range of areas of medicine covered. The program lived up to its name as an “immersive” experience.
Being around so many doctors allowed for any of my questions to be answered… fully dissecting a real arm and leg gave me a lot of inspiration for what I’d like to research.
We have had an incredible week and I am so privileged to know that we have made a positive impact on these teens.
